What to Wear to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour: Best Outfit Ideas

What to Wear to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour: Best Outfit Ideas

Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour is finally coming to Australian shores and here at news.com.au checkout, we couldn’t be more excited.

If you were one of the lucky ones (IYKYK) to secure tickets, there are a few vital tasks to tick off before the day. Along with learning all the words to her three hour long setlist (OK, let’s be real we already knew them) and making friendship bracelets, the most important thing to organise is the outfit.

If you’re a super fan, you’ll know that Taylor has 10 albums (or eras) that fans like to dress up in accordance with. For example, if like me, her second album Fearless is your favourite then think country boots and sparkly gold dresses. Or if her iconic Reputation is more your vibe, then anything dark and moody is sure to be the perfect fit.

Most importantly, you want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in what you wear as that is when you’ll look and feel your best. But in saying that, if there is one day when you’re going to go all out, this is the time to do it.

Still not sure? Have a look below for our top picks of everything on the market right now to wear to The Eras Tour including the $99 Showpo dress and the $56 Amazon dress that are both exact dupes of one of Taylor’s own. Fans commented on the brand’s TikTok that the dress was “so gorgeous” and they “(understood) the assignment”.

Plus, if you really want to show off your true Swifite status make sure you don’t forget to make your friendship bracelets before the big day too.

PS. To all the girls reading this article because they have been put in charge of finding outfits for their friends and sisters, I see you.

WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR TAYLOR SWIFT ERAS AUSTRALIA TOUR?

Swift will perform in Melbourne at the MCG on February 16, 17 and 18, and in Sydney at Accor Stadium on February 23, 24, 25 and 26.

She will unfortunately not be playing in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide or the other states and territories.

WHAT SONGS WILL TAYLOR SWIFT PERFORM ON THE ERAS AUSTRALIA TOUR?

Swift’s Eras setlist is certainly one for the ages. She performs for a massive three hours with only small breaks for costume changes. The singer performs songs from every single one of her ten albums except her eponymous debut.

The show starts with the Lover album before going through to Fearless, evermore, Reputation, Speak Now, Red, folklore, 1989 and Midnights.

But Swift also surprises fans with two additional songs every night. These surprise songs are performed in between the 1989 and Midnights sets. And while previouisly she only played each surprise song once, she has said that the songs will be reset for 2024 so the Australian shows have every song available.

Swift’s Australian shows will be supported by American singer and actor Sabrina Carpenter.
